What do UX Designers do?

Software and digital product companies are increasingly building UX design teams who focus on connecting and empathising with end users.

UX design is the process of designing digital products that are useful, easy to use, and delightful to interact with. It focuses on the end user and how a person feels when interfacing with a system or any form of human computer interaction (website, web application or desktop software).
UX designers work within software and digital development teams to maximising user satisfaction through user research, usability testing and iterative design.
UX designers can come from a wide range of interaction design disciplines and interaction design, engineering, sociology, psychology etc.
