How can I sign up?

Small businesses can sign up to a live information webinar with our digital platforms team and Software Skillnet to walk through the platform, see the key features live and have an opportunity to ask questions.


Following the session, an application form will be issued and once this has been submitted and reviewed by our team, Software Skillnet will grant access to one of our TechLEARN partner platforms - O’Reilly and Pluralsight.

What does it cost? 

The TechLEARN SME offering is completely free for small businesses from May – September, if approved by the Technology Ireland Software Skillnet before 19th June 2020.

Companies can apply for any number of staff users.


The Technology Ireland Software Skillnet will seek to make licenses as widely available as possible, therefore companies may not be awarded the full number of licenses requested.

What companies are eligible?


✓  Companies which employ between 20 and 250 staff

✓  Based in Ireland

✓  Companies with an established with track record of growth

✓  From any sector with a need for technology skills
✓ Companies who submit an application and are approved by the Technology Ireland Software Skillnet
