Programme Overview
This two day programme, through a mixture of class room study, exercises, pair discussions and real-world trainer experiences, gives participants the knowledge on how to facilitate and coach a Scrum project.

Techniques used to investigate these practices include Vision Creation, the use of the Product Backlog, Backlog Formatting Techniques, Story Point Estimation, and how to use this to formulate a release plan.
Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes

Those attending the course will learn how to:

  • Assume the responsibilities of a ScrumMaster.
  • Remove the barriers between development and the customer so that the customer/Product Owner directly drives development.
  • Improve employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve accuracy of estimation and planning.
